Roxanne Foxe (a.k.a Roxy) is a United States-based Black-American artist, inspired by Japanese anime and manga, Western comic books, and pin-up illustrations. They mostly design stylish and alluring characters, illustrate sparkling subjects, and occasionally dabble in horror.
